About Me

I am DK, a law student and Libertarian. I believe in freedom of speech, association, religion, press, and expression in all ways. I am a free market absolutist and believe nearly all state interventions into the economy create inefficiencies and destroy wealth. I would describe myself as a follower of Ludwig von Mises and Murray Rothbard. Their writings have greatly influenced me in my journey to becoming a Libertarian.

I believe the state’s proper role should be limited to protecting the rights of individuals and their property. This is the only authority a state should have; any other governmental system is fundamentally coercive and immoral. On this blog, I plan to write about topics ranging from law to economics to current events to history.
